Shampoo Assistant Needed – Full-Time (Tuesday - Saturday) at Blackbird Salon

Location: Washington, D.C.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Tuesday - Saturday)

Blackbird Salon is looking for a dedicated and motivated Shampoo Assistant to join our team! We are a high-end, fast-paced salon that values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Shampooing and conditioning clients’ hair

- Assisting stylists with color rinses and treatments

- Maintaining a clean and organized backbar area

- Keeping the salon tidy, including sweeping and stocking supplies

- Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

- Experience preferred but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Must be available Tuesday - Saturday (Full-time hours)
