Required Experience:

8+ years of experience supporting similar systems with focus on Avaya VoIP systems
Experience with VoIP, inbound and outbound voice networks, experience with network protocols (SIP, DHCP, RTP, OSPF, EIGRP, MGCP, H.323, etc.), and circuit provisioning and standards, understanding of LAN protocols.
Comprehensive experience with VMware ESXi, telephony servers, switches, routers, and media gateways.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and work across all levels in the organization.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project teams and managers as a service provider.
Proven ability to plan, investigate, design, and implement voice networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Relevant Avaya certifications are required (e.g., ACSS).
Must be able to support on-call/outage needs.
DOD Top Secret clearance is required.
Position requires on-site support.
