Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Executive Assistant in Washington, District of Columbia. This role is within the industry and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Sr. Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and serving as a primary point of contact.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to two executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations Manage executive scheduling and calendar management, coordinating meetings and appointments as required Handle travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, transportation, and itineraries Serve as the primary point of contact, answering phone calls and managing correspondence as needed Assist in the creation of decks and presentations using various software tools Utilize CRM and timekeeping systems to maintain accurate customer credit records and process applications Use communication tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings for arranging conference calls and virtual meetings Manage expenses and process reimbursements using tools like Concur Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a professional setting. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services. Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and managing virtual meetings. Experience with Concur for travel and expense management. Ability to use CRM systems effectively. Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient time management. Familiarity with About Time software for project management. Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in managing conference calls and coordinating with different teams. Ability to handle correspondence professionally and confidentially.
