We are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Developer and a technologist rolled into one - in short someone who is highly resourceful and is able to adapt to dominant development platforms and frameworks. We are looking for someone who can deliver a while also continually evaluating new technologies and developing solutions. Many of our successful technologist are team players and a self-starters who have fostered collaborative environment and we would like the new technologist to continue the tradition.

Responsibilities:
  • As a Full Stack Developer, providing architecture support, developing prototypes, developing solution presentations, and evaluating a platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of application developers, operations engineers, and cloud architects to understand complex product requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
  • As a key member of the software development and delivery team, ensure success in building and migrating applications, software and services on the AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Conduct periodic reviews during build phase to ensure alignment with Solution Architecture.
  • Provide technical support to developers around DevSecOps tool usage and build environments and Develop Reference Implementation for developers.
  • Develop documentation utilizing enterprise standardized templates documentation to support tasks like: process and procedures documents for operational support, lessons learned, diagrams, systems administration guidelines, systems set-up documentation, application integration test plans and results.
  • Design and write complex code in several languages, particularly .Net and others relevant to our existing product stack, with a focus on automation.
  • Have hands on experience with APIs and Plugins to integrate DevSecOps security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrate ability to independently research cloud solutions and generate creative/innovative solutions in - App, Infra, Security and Data migration to AWS and Azure Cloud.
  • Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends

Requirements:
  • At least (12) twelve years' experience in Application development using C# ( .NET Framework and .NET Core) platforms.
  • At least (4) four years of hands-on experience using full stack platforms and technologies. The sample technologies such as: C# ( .NET Framework and .NET Core), MuleSoft, Angular, Groovy, Swift, Node.js.
  • 5 years of work experience in writing and maintaining code and supporting a full stack DevSecOps CI/CD environment with security tools like Sonarqube, Micro Focus Fortify, Nexus Sonatype IQ scan with a focus on automating security and compliance best practices in a DevSecOps CICD pipeline.
  • 5 years of work experience in an Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFE frameworks etc.) SDLC model using DevOps best practices.
  • Must have experience of owning CI/CD pipelines and creating branching strategies including release tagging and versioning.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Nunit, Junit, Munit and Selenium.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, using Agile / DevOps principles to bring products to life, achieve business objectives and serve customer needs.
  • Participate in Daily standup, Refinements, Demos and other ceremonies as part of a dynamic Agile Team.
  • Must be a U.S Citizen and be able to get security clearance

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a similar program
  • At least 1 Cloud certification (either in AWS, Azure or GCP) that above basic level - i.e. AWS practitioner or Azure Foundation certifications are not applicable.
    • OR 1 Advance Developer certification
    • Or 1 DevOps certification
