Job Title: Sr. SharePoint/PowerApps DeveloperWork Location: Hybrid - Washington, DC & Remote (Onsite 1-2 days a week)Clearance Required: Secret

We are seeking a

Sr. SharePoint/PowerApps Developer to help modernize our O365/SharePoint environment. You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of digital workplace solutions, particularly focused on Microsoft O365 and Azure.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management. Develop an refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and the O&M team to deliver successful Office 365 projects.
  • Translate complex functional and technical requirements into custom design and development of Microsoft Power Platform-based applications. Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Perform requirements-gathering, working closely with the client to translating these current and future processes into business requirements. Deliver tailored demonstrations, conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
  • Using SharePoint Designer and PowerApps / Power Automate (M365 Suite of Products) to create custom workflow solutions.
  • Create Modern SharePoint sites, with knowledge of the available SharePoint components, assessing and proposing streamlined forms and workflows.
  • Responsible for developing and testing Power Platform components.
  • Responsible for installation and configuration of data gateways
  • Develop Azure logic apps and Azure functions to extend the Power Platform capabilities
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
  • Create custom connectors for the Power Platform, AI Builder, Solutions, Gateways.
  • Drive Microsoft Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
  • Help design the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Create and maintain design and knowledge transfer documentation
  • Develop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools
  • Ensure high quality, low-code, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA team.
  • Work with the support team to resolve production support issues.

Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S Citizen and be able to get security clearance
  • Experience with Office 365 tools including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer to include both on-premise and SharePoint Online
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform architectural design principles, administration, and governance
  • Experience with implementing Microsoft Power Platform projects
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript
  • Experience with building model-driven and canvas Power Apps
  • Experience with designing and implementing Power Automate flows
  • Previous experience in RPA development, and UiPath
  • Experience with RESTful web services
  • SharePoint Online, Graph API, Automated deployments, PowerShell, SQL
  • The candidate will have excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management. The candidate should have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality and detail

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a similar program
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering applications on Microsoft's low-code no-code platform.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of applications.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification
  • Agile Certified
