Location: Remote / Flexible within the U.S.

Compensation: $2,500/month (Part-Time December Probation) → $5,000/month (Full-Time Starting January)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Strategic & Operations Assistant to work directly with an entrepreneur who develops and launches multiple ventures. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take ideas and make them real — building structure, systems, and teams around creative or business concepts.

You’ll act as the execution arm of new projects — managing tasks, hiring the right people, and overseeing operations until each project is self-sustaining.

Responsibilities:

Translate strategic ideas and plans into actionable task lists and timelines

Hire and coordinate freelancers, contractors, or team members for specific projects

Set up workflows, processes, and communication systems for new initiatives

Track progress and ensure deliverables are met on schedule

Communicate directly with the founder on priorities, updates, and next steps

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development, operations, or project management

Proven record of launching or managing businesses or startups

Strong organizational and communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable wearing multiple hats

Experience hiring or managing small teams is a plus

College degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Schedule & Compensation:

November: Hiring period (interviews and onboarding)

December: 30-day part-time probation period – $2,500/month ($625/week)

January onward: Full-time role – $5,000/month ($1,250/week)

Performance during December determines full-time offer.
