Bring your ideas to our important work.We’re currently hiring Corporate Growth interns to join us from June through August 2022 across the following teams Customer Experience & Operations (Intern location: Virtual) Rotate through 2 teams in the Corporate Growth: Customer Experience and the Virtual Proposal Center (part of the Strategy & Operations team).

Perform data analysis and identification

Provide support for data entry and quality assurance

Assist with operational problems as they arise

Capture, Research, and Price-to- Win (Intern location: Virtual)

Rotate through 3 teams in the Corporate Growth:Capture, Price-to- Win, and Research.

Complete research projects – support capture opportunities conducting research on key stakeholders and put together client profiles.

Compile a Case Study collection – working with the Capture Community of Practice, assist in collecting and storing all capture case studies.

Learn about the capture framework/tools and review feedback from capture professionals.

Assist with the compilation of competitive profiles by gathering information from company websites, press releases, LinkedIn profiles, etc.

Complete ad-hoc research projects

Clean-up research material to drive standardization and use- friendliness

Writer, Enterprise Proposal Center (Intern location: Virtual)

Work closely with experienced proposal writers and contribute to ICF’s growth in a meaningful, creative way.

Assist writers by gathering staff biographies, locating project descriptions, performing research tasks, organizing materials.

Tailor and modify proposal materials for the team’s writers and assist the full-time writers with revisions to proposal sections.

Provide writing support for experience, staffing, and management proposal sections for EPC-supported opportunities.

Complete writing assignments from solicitation/business case to outlining/story-boarding, through drafting and revision, and to final copy

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Able to work quickly, accurately, and collaboratively to meet deadlines

Strong time management and organizational skills

Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

For the writer internship, writing experience gleaned from college courses and/or opportunities outside of school (e.g., school newspaper, magazine)

Minimum Qualifications 

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in BBA, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Communications, Human-Centered Design, English, Journalism, or related field
