Level 2 IT Technician – Rockville, MD (Full-Time / Field Work)

VienerX is hiring a Level 2 IT Technician to join our team based in Rockville, MD. We’re a growing IT services company now servicing 22 states and supporting well-known clients across Maryland, DC, and beyond.

About the Job:

You’ll handle onsite and remote support for desktops, servers, and networks. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems and helping businesses run smoothly. Local travel required — company vehicle use or mileage reimbursement available.

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, networking, and printing issues

Install and configure PCs, servers, and firewalls

Support users onsite and remotely

Work with tools like ConnectWise, Intune, Datto, and WatchGuard

Requirements:

2–5 years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus)

Strong Windows and networking knowledge

Reliable car and valid driver’s license

Great attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn
