Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a Tier II Heldesk person in the DC area. They will be managing a ticket que and troubleshooting technical issues. Provide Tier II support from the Tier I desk, remotely or onsite for hardware and software issues. Install, monitor, troubleshoot, support, the VDI, VTCs, VOIP, scanners, thin clients, Active Directory, and other software platforms. Provide documentation for work orders and incidents.
