Track Loader Operators

The Anderson Company, LLC, a site development company for over 27 years is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Loader Operator. We operate in the DC metro area.

Essential functions:

- Safety and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as a loaders and rollers.

- Must be able to load trucks, lay stone, move construction material around jobsite.

- Must follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment as required.

- Must follow direction from supervisor or superintendent.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with the crew team and supervisors.

- Must have reliable transportation to get to the jobsite.

- At least 1-2 years of experience running a loader in a construction site.
