ECS is seeking a

Transition Manager to work in our

Washington, DC office.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description: The Transition Manager will:
  • Direct Transition-In project to support on-boarding of new contract.
  • Work with Recruiting and Human Resources to rapidly identify, vet, hire, on-board, and prepare staff for new program.
  • Lead critical documentation development tasks.
  • Develop schedules and tasks and organize detailed reviews to ensure time-based constraints are met.

Required Skills:
  • Top-Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI.
  • Experience in one of the following disciplines: Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Management/Business Management, or Computer Science.
  • Information Technology experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in contract/team transition activities for programs similar in complexity; with no less than three (3) years interacting with senior level management and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning onto Government systems and enterprise environments similar in size, scope, and complexity to enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning to the Contractor's proposed MSS domains and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, MS Visio, and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated experience providing presentations and briefings to high-level management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification.
  • No less than ITIL V3/V4 Foundations or comparable framework Certification.
