Seeking a highly skilled and innovative UX and Analytics Specialist who excels in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, improving user experience, and driving product and service excellence through empirical research methods.

Develop, Plan, and Conduct Research:

Conduct web & section 508 support

Perform competitive analysis, usability testing, and contextual inquiry

Design Consistency:

Utilize the united state web design system (USWDS) to ensure a consistent appearance

User Experience Improvement:

Leverage methods from computer science, quantitative social science, statistics, data science,

& ethnography to understand user behavior & extract meaningful patterns form large data sets

Innovation and Insight Development:

Develop new insights and question conventional approaches

Bring new insights and question conventional approaches

Design and implement cutting-edge programs and processes

Find ways to streamline and improve customer experience

Accessibility Testing:

Test tools with diverse audiences, including users of adaptive technologies

Web Analytics Lifecycle and Performance

Develop critical knowledge areas for understanding the web analytics lifecycle, performance, and tools

View the analytics process from a strategic business perspective

Understand stakeholders and web business objectives

Review tools for capability to collect and deliver performance metrics

Build KPIs to support objectives, understand analysis methods, and correlate with objectives

Translate analysis findings into validated results and recommended site improvements, redesigns, and strategies

Utilize analytics to prioritize projects and processes

Deliverables:

Provide monthly analytics reports with behavioral and customer experience data insights

Deliver human-centric designed outputs for web projects, such as journey maps, personas, interview questions and

survey results, customer feedback summaries, and annual CX recommendations and improvements

KPI and Metric Development:

Work with team to extablish and document target KPIs for websites

Metrics may include website scans, website activity, visitor feedback, technical performance, and usability testing

plans

Support and Collaboration:

Support team and the Web Administrator with expertise from multiple subject matter experts in digital platform,

CX/service delivery and policy

Collaborate with an advisory board to facilitate cooperation, avoid redundancy, and ensure the delivery of customer-

centered digital services

Performance Measurement:

Measure success in achieving product goals using web analytics, user flow completions, click data, surveys, and

additional data sources

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UX research and analytics

Strong understanding of USWDS, HCD, and accessibility standards

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience in using web analytics tools and developing KPIs
