Functional Responsibility:The Contractor shall provide on-site dedicated AV/VTC Conference Room Support whose primary function shall be to provide professionally-run AV/VTC services, to include scheduling/setting up AV/VTC calls, testing the calls prior to meetings, monitor the calls and provide immediate tech support as needed, and run presentations as needed, and escalate and report issues in a timely manner. (1) The Contractor shall conduct daily operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment. (2) The Contractor shall establish, execute and deliver a daily AV/VTC system checklist report to ensure all potential steps are taken to mitigate the disruption of an AV/VTCsession. (3) The Contractor shall provide audio-visual support to conference rooms. (4) The Contractor shall prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations. (5) The Contractor shall perform post-conference checks to conference rooms. (6) The Contractor shall display customer-supplied briefing materials using installed or customer furnished audio-visual equipment. (7) The Contractor shall reserve, schedule, and set up audio-visual equipment. (8) Coordinate requirements with customers and distant-end customers using the appropriate software to update the reservations database. (9) The Contractor shall report incidents or issues affecting the AV/VTCs in facilitated spaces to JSP leadership immediately through telephone call and email. (10) The Contractor shall provide ongoing updates as required and an email wrap-up of all incidents for each conference at the end of the conference, indicating mitigation efforts. (11) The Contractor shall update Remedy as required to open tickets for work that must be done by JSP to resolve incidents affecting AV/VTC sessions. (12) The Contractor shall contact far endpoints to ensure they are resolving issues that affect the performance of AV/VTC sessions. (13) The Contractor shall report the status of far endpoint resolution as required.
