Primary responsibilitiesa) Ownership of client deliverables across delivery centers

b) Oversee and supervise team leaders

c) Managing client expectations and resolving escalations

d) Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units

e) Define Goals & Performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them in achieving the same

f) Track and monitor transition progress within geo across processes

g) Responsible for process audits and compliances

h) Identify and execute transformation projectsi) Monthly report and dashboard preparation

Optional: Preferably Green Belt Certified / Trained
