Investigates and analyzes billing or other accounting errors and collaborates with relevant departments to rectify them Review payroll pay lists and leave reports; work with staff concerning available funds; provide information on UF purchasing policies and procedures and state of Florida and federal rules governing all applicable funding sourcesDevelops procedures and accounting systems for RecSports; reconciles all transactions for all accounts with commitment control and shadow booksProvide feedback to supervisor regarding the safety and/or condition of programs, equipment and facilities; conduct daily observations and/or use said equipment and facilities; immediately document and address all safety concerns.
