Description Robert half is hiring! We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk located near the Boca Raton, Florida area. This opportunity has loads of growth potential for a candidate who multi-tasks effectively and has strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Major responsibilities:
Assist in Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor monthly account statements, emailing daily invoice adjustments to vendors, completing credit card authorization forms for purchases, reviewing posted invoices for posting errors, file vendor invoices and other documentation
Assist in Accounts Receivable by emailing customer statements, following up on payment status, recording into spreadsheet daily checks received by mail, emailing customer invoices
-Complete new customer registrations, vendor credit applications, customer reference checks and ordering office supplies-Assist with other projects as needed by Controller or senior managementIf you have this experience and are looking for a good career opportunity, please respond with your most recent resume!
