Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including coding, matching, and entering vendor invoices.
Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
Collaborate with subcontractors, and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
Manage lien waivers, retainage payments, AIA and subcontractor agreements.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliation of accounts.
