Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry in North Venice, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with various responsibilities connected to the processing and management of accounts payable. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing an excellent chance for you to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.Responsibilities: Process and manage all aspects of accounts payable Ensure accurate data entry for all financial transactions Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks Learn and adapt to new software systems as necessary Conduct check runs and code invoices for payment Handle invoice processing and other related duties Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and financial reporting Actively participate in the resolution of any issues that may arise in the accounts payable process Continually strive for process improvement in all aspects of the jobRequirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is highly desired Experience with Check Runs Must be adept in Data Entry and have great attention to detail Experience in Invoice Processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary The candidate should have the ability to handle confidential information.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
