Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. The role involves the management of vendor accounts and all associated relationships, the reconciliation of vendor and credit card accounts, and the maintenance of current and accurate records. This role is based in a fast-paced environment and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage 3-way matching in the accounts payable process Maintain and foster relationships with vendors Reconcile vendor accounts and credit card accounts in a timely manner Keep all records current and up-to-date, adhering to end of month deadlines Generate reports detailing accounts payable status Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting Apply skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Account Reconciliation, Aging Accounts, and Vendor Management to all tasks and responsibilities.Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures Demonstrated experience in Account Reconciliation Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial operations Sound understanding of general accounting principles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilitiesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
