Accounts Payable Lead

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Lead based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position is crucial in our team's efforts to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.Responsibilities include: Addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required Leading a team of permanent Accounts Payable Specialists Implementing and managing accounting software systems Training and developing the team to ensure continuous growth and improvement Ensuring compliance with accrual accounting principles Handling account coding accurately and proficiently Managing high-volume, multi-location accounting functions.This is a permanent position that will pay up to $80,000 depending upon experience.
