job detailsOur valued client is a leading construction company dedicated to delivering excellence in marine-related projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing accounting team, reporting to the controller. If you are passionate about numbers, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!salary: $26 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Enters project and inventory related invoices for review and approval by staff

High Volume invoice data entry with minimum of 300+ invoices per week

Management of Accounts Payable email inbox

Sets up New approved Vendors in the system

Obtain and ensure W9 form is on file

Obtain Certificates of Insurance for Subcontractors

Ensures all lien releases are received and signed by the Subcontractor before placing pay applications for approval

Process check runs and assist with setting up ACH payment, as approved by Controller
