Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves working with both large retail chains and small businesses, and includes a comprehensive range of full cycle accounts receivable duties. The role will be conducted in a hybrid workplace setting, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work.Responsibilities: Manage full cycle accounts receivable processes Handle deductions and work closely with the deductions team Utilize SAP or other large ERP for various tasks Employ advanced Excel skills for VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, SUMIF's, AND/OR statements, etc Collaborate with large retail chains as well as small businesses Ensure timely start once screenings are cleared Utilize various skills such as Accounting Software Systems, SAP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, and Check Processing.
