Responsibilities & Qualifications

Experienced Painter

Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces (taping, sanding, caulking, patching) thoroughly and efficiently.

Apply various coatings (paints, stains, lacquers) using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Ensure high-quality workmanship and finish on all projects.

Manage project timelines and communicate with team leaders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting.

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Painter Helper/Apprentice

Responsibilities:

Assist experienced painters with job preparation and clean-up.

Transport materials, equipment, and supplies.

Perform basic prep work (e.g., sanding, laying drop cloths).

Maintain organization and cleanliness on the job site.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Qualifications:

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
