Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Downtown Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (Part-time for first 90 days)
Compensation: $15/hour + performance bonuses
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Administrator to manage scheduling, invoicing, and phone communications for our office in Downtown Orlando. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars for staff and clients.
Invoicing: Prepare, send, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments.
Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
General Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records, respond to emails, and assist with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills.
