South Florida organization seeks seasoned Administrative Assistant to work in a professional environment.
Will provide administrative support to senior leaders
Answer telephone and direct calls
Responsible for the preparation of documents including: correspondence, forms, reports, and digitalizing documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements; managing all details pertaining to reservations and itineraries, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
Schedule and prepare for meetings
Maintains general and confidential files.
Four-year college degree a plus
10 years’ experience in an administrative role
High level of proficiency in MS Office systems including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Drive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a C-suite office
