Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Miami, Florida. This role operates within the hospitality industry and focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, managing multiple functions, and assisting with various events. Responsibilities: Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers and owners. Manage and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's services and offerings. Carry out frequent site inspections of our units and facilities with prospective unit owners and/or owner representatives. Develop a thorough understanding of Rental Management Agreements and effectively communicate their value proposition through proposals and presentations. Maintain clear and up-to-date records of all prospects for precise follow-ups. Maintain clear and updated records of all new and current owners for scheduled communications. Work closely with operations and reservations/revenue management to plan for the arrival, execution, and ultimate service delivery of new Rental Management Agreements. Adapt to manage multiple functions simultaneously and reverse course quickly if necessary. Initiate and follow up on leads. Assist in preparing required reports in a timely manner. Participate actively in professional associations activities and events to develop networking opportunities. Requirements Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant Demonstrated ability to assist customers and provide high-quality service Proficiency in the Spanish language Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in managing schedules and coordinating appointments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
