Fort Myers Plumbing Contractor is seeking the perfect candidate for our team! We have been in business for over 23 years and believe our employees are the most important part of our company. Today, we are seeking one person who will take pride in becoming one of those individuals.

We are in need of an Administrative Assistant who is proficient in Outlook, QuickBooks and Excel. This particular candidate must be self-regulating, have a high stress tolerance and be able to learn quickly and solve problems well. Friendly and professional phone skills are vital. The ability to work fast paced with a sense of urgency is of utmost importance. Attention to detail is a must!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Accounts Receivable

Weekly Collection Responsibilities

Microsoft Office Proficient - Outlook, Word, Excel with accurate computer proficiency

Process and post credit card payments, checks, and ACH payments

All Billing, to include service, contract, change orders and AIA.

Process new hire and employee termination paperwork

Assistant to Owner

Process Lien Releases

Planning for small and large events within company.

REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE:

Ability to juggle multiple projects

Strong administrative skills

Superb problem solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer savvy and proficient in Outlook

Proficient/Expert in QuickBooks

Excellent written and verbal skills
