Preliminary email communication with New Leads – forward responses to Account Managers
Call for Qualifying initial contact, with email to contact as follow-up to call as needed
Request Address, Send Qualifying Emails
Request any additional information as may be required for Account Managers to effectively assist the lead
New pre-design checklist sent to new contacts when sending Team-Up email
Follow-up Emails (CRM/Quickbase Dashboard, and To-Dos as assigned)
Request for Address Follow-ups (2-3 follow-ups following initial), as required/assigned
Qualifying Email Follow-ups (2-3 follow-ups following initial), as required/assigned
Supporting sales by entering and processing miscellaneous orders, including but not limited to:
Sample Orders
Door Sample Orders
Hardware orders
Other add-ons to existing or previous orders
Support Account Managers by answering incoming calls
Support Account Managers by assisting with Proposal Follow-ups, as requested
Complete other scheduled contacts of current and past customers in form of phone calls, emails, and/or written cards or letters
Prepare Shop Orders for sold jobs, in preparation for Production
