Supporting programs with coordination and scheduling of customer meetings, design reviews, and data deliveries as needed by the program
Working with and supporting Project Engineers to help maintain schedules
Working with and supporting Project Engineers to help maintain effort and manpower forecasts
Maintaining program action registers
Creating and delivering program status reports
Verbal and written communication with the customer
Scheduling and coordination of internal or external design reviews
Coordinating, creating, developing and delivering high quality proposals
Support and coordinate the creation of customer Data Packages

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the program/project office function

Skill and experience with direct written and verbal customer communication
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple programs and assignments simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills
