Analyst 3 - General Accounting

Title : Sales Operations Analyst Location : Jacksonville , FL, 32256 Duration : 12 Months Job Description: Title the role: Sales Operations Analyst Job Description: Data entry of trade promotional events, EDLPs and OI's as identified by the sales team into the J&J internal system. Will need to pull down the information from sales team portal and enter information for each customer into the J&J system. Pull down deductions from the internal J&J system, review against business plan and clear deduction if aligned. If deductions do not match plan (unauthorized deductions or anything off-plan or inappropriate proof of performance) analyst must follow up with appropriate sales team member to gain appropriate information and approval to clear. When necessary, upload appropriate backup and clear the deductions in a timely manner. Access Retailer portals on behalf of sales team for new item setup, POS data pulls and other ad hoc requests Create and share shipment reports with sales teams as requested. Analyze syndicated POS data (IRI) and develop monthly reporting. Adhoc projects as directed by Marketing Manager Qualifications: o Consumer Packaging Goods (CPG) industry preferred o High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications o Excellent analytical skills o Strong attention to detail
