RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Analyst II in Miramar, FL.
Responsibilities: As an Analyst II, you will provide quality and timely customer service over the phone, in person or by written correspondence to employees, retirees, family members, department representatives, and external service providers and vendors Researches and resolves escalated issues regarding all aspects of employee and retiree benefits Acts as primary auditor and reviewer of data input for new hire, terminations, retirements, and benefit changes to verify accuracy of data entry and completeness of required paperwork Attends meetings and participates in various discussion groups and training events Analyst II will work with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify system operational anomalies Initiates help desk tickets for configuration changes and issues; Conducts system testing by creating, modifying, and following test scripts and documenting testing results; Ensures results produce desired outcomesREQUIREMENTS: Four-year degree from an accredited four-year college or university 5+ years of experience; MUNIS system experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint to develop reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, workbooks, manuals and presentations Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations Knowledge of basic accounting principles, budget and procurement process Ability to communicate and solve problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a variety of projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public, co-workers, elected and appointed officials and members of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds regardless of race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or political affiliation Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Must be accurate, deadline-oriented, and able to analyze and problem-solve under pressureThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
