AP Accounting Person

FT: AP person to proof, enter all bills, research items as needed - AR person to handle all billing including leads files – research billing issues as needed – do check runs as needed, scan, proof and save all to server as accounting is paperless. Know how to proof GL and code AP correctly and make JE’s for all AP that is auto paid each month. Print / process all vendor bills that come in via email. must be detailed – accuracy is very important to make sure entered once and coded to correct profit centers and billed to correct client.
