Handle full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for a large Distribution company with a multiple location in the US.
Processing invoices, payments, and collections in an efficient and accurate manner.
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for carriers while maintaining positive relationships with them.
Process Payroll for all employees.
Prepare financial reports and balance sheets.
