Application Access Manager

Location:- Tampa, FL or Irving, TX Looking for 4 to 5 years of experience in handling User accounts in Active directory (Create, Modify & Manage Permissions).User Access Management, Identity and Access Management @ Domain accounts, collaboration tools, sites, services accounts.New User account creation and deletion of accounts for offboarding Users from the Projects, etc.Maintain CTLAB defined SLAs for the User creation, permissions & access to tools & sites.Working knowledge on VMware Virtual Machines, ESXi, exposure with Windows / RHEL / UbuntuCollaborative Tools Knowledge: aria-hidden="true" • Experienced with Atlassian Tools Jira, Confluence, Stash (Bitbucket), etc to handle the User accounts, Project & Groups Permission. aria-hidden="true" • Exposure to Jira Service Desk or any other Help Desk tool is preferred. aria-hidden="true" • Experienced with jFrog Artifactory application User access & group permission management.AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM): aria-hidden="true" • Access control across AWS. With IAM, access to services and resources. aria-hidden="true" • Experienced with IAM policies, manage permissions in AWS for the workforce and systems as per standards defined.Good to have:Monitoring: aria-hidden="true" • Monitoring and reporting associated issues with the reliability and security of the domain accounts. aria-hidden="true" • Monitoring of alerts from VMware ESXi, VMs, Storage Area Network (SAN), etc aria-hidden="true" • MOnitoring of the alerts from Windows/RHEL/Ubuntu and reporting (or) resolving the alerts as needed. aria-hidden="true" • Exposure to monitoring tools like Nagios, VMware VRops, etc.Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, managing tickets that come from various time zones.Ideal candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
