Position: Application Architect Duration: 1 year Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite from day1) Job Description: 1) Assisting with implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design principles and standards in the development and execution of RPA; 2) Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable workflows using the UiPath platform; 3) Developing and maintaining robust attended and unattended bots using UiPath; 4) Providing IT support for UiPath RPA development; 5) Leading UiPath development solutions; 6) Supporting investigation and remediation of production issues; 7) Identifying and triaging performance and operation issues that arise with automation implementations; 8) Assisting in User Acceptance Test (UAT) support testing efforts; 9) Assisting with deployment and orchestration activities for UiPath projects; 10) Supporting skill transfer by mentoring new personnel resources on best practices and development; 11) Providing expertise regarding the integration of RPA applications across DEO; 12) Consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies; 13) Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and their possible application to DEO; 14) Providing technical expertise and acting as a critical technical resource both internally and externally; 15) Acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent; 16) Providing all services on-site at DEO; and 17) Assisting in the most difficult support problems. Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria Contractor shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the IT Staff Augmentation Services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. Contractor and/or Contractor's Staff assigned to this contract shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 1) Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience; 2) A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in multiple IT areas and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant RPA experience; 3) Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design, and integration; 4) Experience in an expert/lead technical role; 5) Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects; 6) Experience working on various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments; 7) Experience coaching and mentoring more junior technical staff; 8) Have in-depth knowledge of UiPath approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs; and 9) Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), preferably Oracle
