Job Description: Application Developer-Fircosoft Continuity

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.
  • May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.
  • Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.
  • Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Fircosoft Continuity (Version 6) for real time transaction screenings
  • Java-based environment
  • Experience developing, deploying, configuring, and patching Fircosoft
  • Ability to continually improve the Fircosoft
  • Security/upgrades and /adding/consolidating new workstreams
  • Extracts, imports
  • Previous Java experience is a big plus
  • Apache and Tomcat
  • Oracle & SQL Server
  • Experience in Cloud environments (Kubernetes) is highly preferred
  • Financial services industry experience is highly preferred
