Face to Face Interviews:In the event an interview is requested; 1st round of interviews may be conducted in the in Tallahassee, Florida or via Skype, video, phone or any other electronic means. However, 2nd round interviews will be F-2-F if the client manager wishes to do that.

Telecommuting:Not an Option for this position. The work shall be conducted onsite with the Department's OIT in Tallahassee, Florida.

Staff Qualifications and Performance CriteriaContractor shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the information technology staff augmentation services required by this contract and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them.

Applications Architect (Advanced, #1220)1) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.2) Contractor has 10+ years of experience in multiple IT areas and 2-3 years of relevant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience3) Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design, and integration.4) Experience as an expert/lead technical role5) Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects.6) Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.

Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks1) Provide IT support for UI Path Robotic Process Automation development;2) Lead UI Path development solutions;3) Work with team to design RPA solutions;4) Work with Business Analysts and SMEs to create process maps;5) Assist in performing periodic audits for UI Path;6) Assist with deployment activities for UI Path projects;7) Assist with orchestration activities for UI Path projects;8) Provide best practices to other developers;9) Provide expertise regarding the integration of RPA applications across CLIENT;10) Determine specifications, then plans, designs, and develop solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with a project team;11) Assist in the most difficult support problems;12) Develop programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse;13) Have in-depth knowledge of UI Path approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;14) Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies;15) Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to CLIENT;16) View both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource; and17) Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.

The Contractor must complete the Department’s Security Awareness Training within 30 calendar days of starting, and must pass a Level II Background screen prior to accessing the CLIENT system.
