Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.Duties: Develop and enhance Agency Securities Lending software applications for the agency securities lending business. Develop software applications using Java and Oracle and provide expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing. Responsible for Data Architecture for the data warehouse, designing and developing an efficient data processing and reporting framework, providing high-availability and performance. Deliver well designed, stable, testable, secure, reusable, extensible, maintainable and efficient software, which will meet Citi’s demanding, global needs. Ensure that designs are in compliance with business specifications and Citi development standards and provide continuous improvement to these systems. Design, develop, and enhance data analytics tools and internal algorithms for optimizing business revenue.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Developer, Applications Development Programmer Analyst, or closely related position developing software applications for agency securities lending business. 4 years of experience must include: Software Development in Java, Spring framework, Oracle, Kafka, Tibco, Web services, Object oriented programming and design patterns & Data structures; Relational database, SQL, and data warehouse design and Architecture in Oracle; and Jira, Eclipse, Bit-bucket, Team City and uDeploy.
