Deliver integrated technology solutions that will scale as the company grows and generate cost savings to the bottom line. Provide dynamic, timely, efficient, and professional service and support to all IT requests on-time and within budget. Ensure data integrity and reporting meets all stakeholders’ requirements. Provide reliable, secure, cutting-edge, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions. Promote a learning culture to assist in breaking down the barriers to understanding and raising a high-level of achievement. SCOPE Provide support to ensure business continuity and growth. Provide end user support to assist in resolving daily IT requests from the end users. Participates in special projects as directed by IT Director. Provide end-user training, as required, in various software applications. FUNCTIONS Conducts interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel. Mentor Team members in order to assist them in cultivating their skills. Apply technical knowledge and expertise for the development, implementation, and support of business functionality. Assist in Developing and documenting detailed functional and technical specifications. Follow standard System Development Lifecycle and documentation guidelines. Assist Developers during issue on forms, reports and interfaces using standard development tools. Adhere to standard compliance procedure for code testing and migration. Assist in the creating test cases and conducting unit testing on developed code and participate in the interface and system testing. Support applications through issue resolution and providing guidance to key users using the Help Desk software to ensure issue cause and resolutions are fully documented. Provide input to the development of project plans and timeliness in order to meet established delivery dates. Provide excellent customer service and support for all technical solutions. Act as the techno-functional subject matter expert for all Applications. Assist and mentor other IT team members on the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of software within established standards and guidelines. Monitor daily IT alert logs for high priority exceptions and provide support and assistance to team experts. Plan, organize and deliver special IT projects aimed at sustaining the company’s business activity. Be available 24/7 for any critical application system related problems that may arise. Perform other essential functions as assigned. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) Percentage of successful IT special projects delivered within scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Reduction of paperwork in all departments. 9.
