The SMT Line Operator works from Standard Operating Detail (SOD) or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.Reports to the Operation Supervisor on work progress, including any conditions surrounding failure to meet quantity or quality standards.Attends Operating Excellence Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement.Executes daily functions with key performance metrics in mind: Safety, Quality, Productivity and Schedule.Basic Qualifications:SMT Operations experienceProficiency in forming, bending and cutting componentsProficiency in using hand tools and machines for preparation of componentsClearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
