Job Title: Assembler - RPP/PDUJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing and assembly of industrial power systems. This role involves wiring power systems and assembling electrical components. The candidate must be able to read schematics and engineering drawings for assembly and effectively use hand and power tools including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures. The work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring standing for the entire shift and occasionally working on ladders to assemble units up to 8 feet in height.Responsibilities
Assemble industrial power systems.
Wire electrical components according to schematics and engineering drawings.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
Utilize hand and power tools, including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures.
Stand for the entire shift and work on ladders as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in reading schematics and engineering drawings.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
Experience with wiring electrical components.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or similar fields is a plus.
Ability to work with mechanical, blueprint, power tools, and schematics.

The production floor is not climate controlled, though industrial-sized ceiling fans help keep the air moving. The facility includes forklifts and manufacturing machinery, and safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs are required.
