Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will engage in the manufacturing and assembly of Industrial Power Systems within a heavy-industrial manufacturing facility.Your role will focus on:

Mechanical assembly of systems, involving working with sheet metal and assembling metal enclosures.

Utilize various hand and power tools such as drills, tape measures, screwdrivers, wrenches, and impact tools to assemble units based on blueprints.

Requires working in teams, and physical activities including standing, stooping, and bending throughout the day.

Assembling units that are on average 8 ft. tall, with some assembly tasks performed inside the units.

Safety is a priority; thus, steel-toed shoes are mandatory from your first day.

Shift

Monday-Friday

First shift: 5AM-1:30PM

Must be open to working up to 10 Hour days based on production needs or until 3:30PM at the latest.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a large, open bay production facility with multiple work stations and bays.

The production floor is not climate-controlled but equipped with industrial-sized ceiling fans to keep the air circulating.

You will be working in proximity to forklifts and manufacturing machinery, and due to this, wearing safety shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs is necessary, especially around louder areas such as CNC machinery and fabrication stations.
