Assistant, Financial- Flash

• Daily data correction entries and production of UO, UPR, marquee events, and Executive reports using numerous reporting tools and systems
• Intermediate to complex internal & external audits and account reconciliations using various financial systems along with researching document errors and general inquiries; escalating discrepancies as appropriate.
• Completing month-end accounting duties, journal entries, and reconcile merchandise data within JDA
• Completion of all Food and Beverage catering recaps and park-wide office supply order from the Food & Beverage warehouse using various financial systems
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
