Title: Assistant, OperationsLocation: United States-FloridaJob Number: 17036SUMMARY Onset Aviation Parts, Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our operations team with general administrative duties, project management, and quality support. The Operations Assistant helps Onset team members perform their daily activities, including receiving parts, inspection, organizing inventory, assisting with communication with suppliers and customers, and providing general operational support as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in project tracking and reporting Help manage office organization and documentation Monitor production schedules and assist in coordinating with suppliers Support quality control activities and maintain records Assist with generating part requisitions and purchase orders Perform internal audits, inventory counts, and inventory management Coordinate tool calibration, receive parts, perform incoming inspection, first article inspection, shipping, and receiving Assist in general part research, compile data, develop reports, complete special projects, take meeting minutes, and upload receiver packages and FAA documentation to TEAMS Assist in coordinating planning activities for the business Perform other duties as assignedCORE COMPETENCIES Intrapreneurial Business Savvy Change of Direction Being Connected and Respectful Diverse Mindset Building relationships and partnerships AccountabilityQualifications:QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
