Team Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Superintendent and project team on site progress, potential delays, and necessary adjustments.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
