Description Seeking a Personal Injury Associate for a firm in downtown Miami. The individual will be a part of our dynamic litigation team, working within the industry and handling a broad range of responsibilities. This includes providing legal counsel, conducting thorough legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and managing various civil litigation matters. Undertake thorough legal research to support case management. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents as part of the litigation process. Collaborate with the litigation team and delegate tasks to support staff to ensure efficient workflow. Manage client negotiations, representing their interests and striving for optimal outcomes. Oversee a caseload, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and strategic direction. Use Case Management Software, Adobe Acrobat, and other tools to manage and document cases. Handle complaint administration and resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction. Utilize '3M' and 'Conveyancer' skills to manage litigation-related tasks. Apply your knowledge in 'Consumer Electronics' to better understand and serve client needs.Requirements Associate position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in using 3M tools is expected. Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and management. Familiarity with Case Management Software for efficient task handling. Competence in using Conveyancer software is necessary. Expertise in Document Management for organizing and preserving important files. Ability to conduct Briefing sessions effectively. Experience in Civil Litigation cases is a must. Proficient in Claim Administration to manage insurance claims. Capable of handling Complaints promptly and professionally. Experience with Consumer Electronics is beneficial.
