All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full TimeShift : Monday - FridayLocation: RemoteThe role you’ll contribute:The Associate Business Optimization Analyst is the subject matter expert in process analysis and redesign utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to improve Finance and Supply Chain Shared Services processes. This role will participate in analysis of business processes and make recommendations to decision makers regarding opportunities that will support strategic goals. The individual in this position will be a strong communicator who is self-motivated, and results driven. This person will participate in developing measurement strategies, reporting systems and auditing processes and will provide consulting assistance to SCSS leaders.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Learning the Business: Learn all SCSS functions, Support Center, Procurement, Data Integrity and SC Services, regarding end-to-end process recognition for efficiency and effectiveness

Interpreting Data: Participate in process improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to identify best practices

Understanding Change Management: Identify and describe effectiveness of existing business processes and recognize sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvement strategies

Identifying Efficiencies: Recognize current performance efficiencies, hypothesize on future performance, and identify appropriate action items

Drafting Department Documents: Create process maps, workflows, and document processes as needed

Recognizing Business Commonalities: Identify and explain cross-functional and cross-department processes for potential collaboration opportunities

Classifying Best Practice: Translate best practice strategies to application of similar process improvement opportunities

Planning and Presenting: Assist in organizing meetings; explain and discuss data findings for effective presentations

Identifying Appropriate Data Sets: Coordinate information and data gathering from appropriate sources

Working with other Teams: Work with other business functions including but not limited to iSynergy, Security, SCIT, Corporate and AHS facilities, as required

Administering Tasks: Participate in SCSS Survey gathering, SLA preparation, Reporting and Analytics and other duties as assigned

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Bachelor's degree

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Master's in Business Administration or related discipline (i.e., Management, Accounting, Finance, Supply

Chain)

3+ Years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Quality, Six Sigma or LEAN practices

Power Automate (desktop/cloud) or similar Low Code/No Code solution

Microsoft Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Query, Power Apps)

Excel VBA

DAX

SQL
