Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Manager based in Naples, FL. The Associate Manager must be a licensed CAM and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of all subassociations, facilitating Board meetings, coordinating with General Manager and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additional duties include overseeing facilities preventive maintenance, implementing programs, and handling administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment for owners and guests.

Qualifications

Excellent management and leadership skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Experience in sports facility management or related field is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other community relevant software

Office Hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (flexibility of hours for CAM - may need to work an occassional evening for a meeting).
