We are hiring a talented Digital Technology leader to join the Digital Technology Global Functions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Global Aftermarket Services business leadership and Business Unit Digital teams to define and program manage key Digital technology plans that will further the growth and profitability aspirations of this key pillar in Carrier’s strategy.Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Global Aftermarket leadership team and business unit CIOs / Digital program teams to identify standardization opportunities at the Carrier level, introduce innovation, share best practices, and Program Manage key central priorities.

Assist in the design and development of DT strategies to simplify and standardize back-office operation processes, enhance customer & employee experiences, drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and digital innovation.

Work closely with DT professionals and Center of Excellence teams within the company to ensure alignment on solution, standards, resources, & budgets for project execution. Lead a matrixed group of digital program execution teams.

Maintain knowledge of emerging DT technologies and methodologies. Identify appropriate DT technology opportunities for Carrier that consider external benchmarks and best practices.

Manage global service initiatives and processes from a systems perspective within the integrated DT ecosystems (CRM, CPQ, Service Management, ERP, IoT/digital, AI/Analytics).

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience IT/Digital leadership including strategy and roadmap definitions, program planning, resource allocation, change management, and execution.

5+ years of experience with project management principles and project management skills such as agile methodology in the IT/Digital domain.

5+ years of experience working in a highly matrixed environment and with cross functional leadership teams.

Bachelor Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in major ERP, CRM, SMS, PPM, CPQ, Data Warehouse, and BI systems (SAP ECC/S4H, Salesforce, Servicemax, Power BI, etc.)

Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.

Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management

Excellent interpersonal, analytical as well as problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals.
