Job Title: Associate Director, EngineeringJob Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent Job Duties: Coordinate with client stakeholders like Product owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Engineering leads to finalize scope and agree upon acceptance criteria for the milestone wise deliverables. Providing senior level review of project plans that include schedules and costs. Assigning tasks, tracking, and reviewing the project status (both schedule and quality) through weekly reports and/or daily stand-up meetings and regular connects with team members. Conduct periodic meetings with project teams to assess progress and roadblocks of the engagement, Identifying, tracking risks at a project & portfolio level, formulating & implementing a mitigation plan, communicating the same to the client & organization stakeholders. Reporting portfolio level status and maintaining the communication channel with client and organization stakeholders. Managing client escalations and implementing action plans for improvement areas. Manage the delivery of multiple project streams, managing stakeholder communication. Responsible for managing Cost, Schedule and Quality of all projects within account; reporting status to the client(s) and executive management about the account health, budgeting and work orders. Developing defining and executing account plan, schedule budgets and deliverables. Early identification of risk and dependencies. Work with key management to develop and manage the overall account strategy and future roadmap at account level. Be a point of contact during customer interaction for providing Program Status Report & Account review progress with the customer. Plan, define and track scope of the project(s) within account by communicating established goals to subordinates and tracking the progress through established reporting process from subordinates. Develop and maintain favorable relationship with the client focusing on new and existing projects in order to increase revenue. Act as a single point of contact for clients for all discussion, meeting, concern or escalation related to the projects and deliverable. Arrange presentations for bidding for new projects, for enhancements to existing project(s), or for technology updates/suggestions. Defining and driving strategies for smooth and timely project deliveries. Create and execute strategy for company’s growth and expansion in US by identifying opportunity areas and local markets for growth and expansion. Lead strategic initiatives to promote and maintain a true global organization by focusing on cultural diversity and healthy men women ratio within US teams to ensure employee friendly and healthy work environment. Interface with Clients executive team to represent systems projects prioritization, scheduling and resource requirements to ensure project success.Job Requirements: Required Bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or related field + 5 years of experience with the same or similar job duties but given another designation.
